Black Radiance Precision Brow Sculptor is an ultra-fine, retractable pencil for spot-filling areas where brow hair is sparse. The fine pencil is perfect to mimic the look of brow hairs. The micro Precision Brow Sculptor is the answer to fresh smudge-resistant, natural-looking brows.

How to Use: Use Brow Sculptor to create perfect natural looking brows. First brush your brow hair upwards with the spoolie end and draw a thin line along the hairline following the lower arch. Finish by brushing your brow hair downward and define the top of your brow arch in the same way.
