It also provides 1000 IU of vitamin D3 per serving, a fat-soluble vitamin that helps the body better utilize calcium from food and supplements. Serving recommendations: Adults should take one teaspoon (5ml) daily, children four years or older should take one teaspoon (5ml) twice per week, and children under four years should take the fish oil supplement as directed by a healthcare provider.
