Directions

Crab cakes need to be fully cooked.
Keep refrigerated until ready to prepare.

Oven
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Remove sleeve and film from tray.
3. Bake cakes in tray on center oven rack for 27 to 28 minutes or until hot throughout.

Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Place crab cakes in single layer in basket.
3. Air-fry for 14 to 16 minutes or until hot throughout.

For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165ºF as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
