For example, our hiking bag design guarantees 20,000 zipper openings/closings, 10,000 drops etc., equal to 10 years from the date shown on the sales receipt.. The warranty covers the defects of the backpack, excluding those resulting from normal wear and improper use. This special 10-year warranty is only valid on presentation of the product and receipt. If the product is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This sales warranty does not affect the statutory rights applicable in your country and/or state.
