HOW TO USE: Apply a thin layer of Icy Hot Advanced Pain Relief Cream to the affected area and massage until it is absorbed by the skin. Allow 2-3 hours between applications; do not apply more than 3-4 times daily. Wash hands with soap and water after applying. Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: Apply a thin layer to the affected area. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into the skin. Repeat as necessary, but no more than 3 to 4 times daily, allowing a minimum of 2-3 hours between applications. After applying, wash your hands with soap and water.
