To Thaw 

Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove amount needed and return remainder to freezer. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Room Temperature
Place frozen avocado in shallow bowl at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Microwave
Place frozen avocado in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on DEFROST (30% power) for 1 minute; stir. DEFROST in additional 30-second intervals as needed."
