• The Hulk's pants are made of a special material called "unstable molecules". This fabric can change size and expand and contract with the shape of the wearer.
• The Hulk may have appeared weaker in Avengers: Endgame because he was exposed to many enemies and traveled through space. This may have weakened him enough to bond with Bruce in Endgame.
• The Hulk and Bruce Banner had power issues in Infinity War. After losing to Thanos, the Hulk refused to emerge for the rest of the movie. This led to Bruce Banner absorbing the Hulk persona entirely in Endgame.
