Tamanishiki uses two kinds of super premium quality short grain rice; Koshihikari and Yume Gokochi.Directions
Combine 1-1/2 cups Tamanishiki Rice and 2-1/4 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a soft boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered, 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (2/3 cup) servings. Note: If using electric rice cooker, follow the cooking directions by electric rice cooker manufacturer.
