Directions: Step 1, place the top piece onto the ravioli tray, keep the 2 pieces together, and sprinkle a small amount of flour over the tray. Step 2, roll a thin sheet of pasta dough over the top piece & help the dough mold to the indentation. Remove excess. Step 3, place a small amount of filling in the center of each shape.
