Easy to Use in Baths and Foot Soaks: For a foot bath, dissolve 1 cup of flakes in approximately 1 gallon of warm water and soak for 20-30 minutes. For a full bath, dissolve 4 cups in a bathtub filled with warm water and soak for 20-30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry after soaking.
