Sax low fire earthenware clay is smooth, supple, and ready to work for 3D models, sculptures, vases, bowls, and handprint projects. This bulk set of 50 pounds of clay can accommodate the whole art class. It’s made of the finest clean-burning, sulphur-free clays available for minimal clay warpage and cracking. For best results, we recommend bisque firing 1 cone higher than glaze firing. This medium accepts cone 06 to cone 3 (1855 to 2138 degrees Fahrenheit). Not suitable for children ages 3 or under.
