What It Is: This hydrating milk is no ordinary toner. How To Use: Shake it up and with a cotton pad, press down on the pump 2-3 times. Swipe pad across dry skin on face and neck. Bonus points for chest. Use AM and/or PM after cleansing but before serum and moisturizer.
