FAQ & HOW TO USE THE GRILL
*The baking tray is not hot and the food is not cooked?
Preheat the baking tray for 5 minutes before use to make the internal temperature uniform.
*The baking tray is heated unevenly?
The baking tray has 3 heating zones. If you need to use the entire baking tray area, please turn on 3 heating knobs to heat the entire baking tray.
*What to do if the food is half raw and half cooked?
Turn the food frequently to ensure that the food is completely and evenly heated; control the burning area to adjust the temperature of different areas.
*Notes before use:
Check the gas connection. Make sure the propane tank is properly and securely connected to the grill and check for leaks at the connection.
Gas regulator check. Confirm that the gas regulator switch is in the correct position and is not blocked or damaged.
*Suggestions for first-time use：
Recommended to evenly coat the baking pan with a little vegetable oil or olive oil before use. Heat for 10 minutes. The oil will form a protective film under high temperature, making the baking pan more enduring.

HOW TO CLEAN THE OUTDOOR GAS GRIDDLE EASILY
-If there is only a small amount of grease or slight food residue on the enamel baking tray, wipe it clean directly with kitchen paper.
-For stubborn stains, burnt food residues or accumulated grease that are difficult to remove, wipe it with warm water and detergent, use a sponge or wooden or plastic spatula to remove the residue, and then wipe it clean with kitchen paper.
-The oil collection system will collect excess grease into a slide-out grease pan. Remove the grease pan, pour out the grease, and clean it with detergent.
