Directions

Needs to be fully cooked.
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout.
Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.


Microwave
Do not puncture or open before microwaving.
1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside. 
2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 1/2 minutes or until hot.**
3. Let stand 1 minute.  Bag will be hot; lift from corners.  Open carefully.

**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.

Stovetop
1. Combine vegetables and 1/2 cup water in medium saucepan.
2. Cover and cook over MEDIUM heat for 13 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently. 
3. Drain. Season to taste.
